Kenwood Excelon X589 (paid a empty computer tower for it, and considering i got 100+ towers working and non working for just under 98 bucks off govdeals.com) i actually paid less than a dollar for the head unit.

Sony XM-5540 (paid $80 for a "so called working amp" off ebay , but when i got it it wouldnt come outta protect , got my money back , they let me keep the amp , i fixed the bad copper traces on the board) so it cost 10 bucks for the shipping.

Sony XM-5540F (paid $50 for another "so called working amp" , come to find out channel D was blown , got my money back , they let me keep the amp , i replaced the finals) cost 10 to ship.

That puts me at $21............

All i gotta do is spend $178 on some decent speakers and i think i can win this here contest. LOL

And 2 of these , Dayton SD315A-88 12" DVC Subwoofer | Parts-Express.com

Sure have, but how are you going to make a baffle? Thats going to cost money. Not to mention for IB to work properly it needs to be sealed all the way around what ever you use as the baffle so there arent any air leaks. I guess you also probably have everything you need to make it air tight as well.

there is no speaker holes in my trunk , if you put a box in there you can barely hear it unless the seats are down , and i guarantee i can get a piece of wood and some liquid nail from my uncle for under 6 bucks , he has half a sheet laying in the garage and a can of spray foam. i bet i can get it for 6 bucks. :] and my budget just went down , i found some boston 5 1/4" rally's and a 12" rally sub on ebay for less than 100 for both. maybe i do that and have enough left for building a box. lol
