Those are great subs for the money. The only thing that might compete with them for the price are the Voodoo (voodoocaraudio.com) subs on ebay... made by credence speakers USA, the company that originally made JL Audio, Kicker, and a host of others.

IDs when they were on sale...but not anymore. Keep in mind the Assassin is not an SQ sub...more towards SQL....

If you want full blown transparent SQ bass, go with ID

Yes, the Voodoo X series. I would say they are a best bang for the buck SQL sub.
