Best Sub Under $300

What is the best hardest hitting sub under $300. Im going to be running 800w @ 2Ohms to it. I don't care about the size but wouldn't like going over a 15. Id prefer it to be a 10 or 12 though. It would be nice if it hit the lows and banged real hard. Ill probably be runnning it on a ported box tuned to 35HZ or 32Hz. BTW I listen to HIP HOP RAP & a bit of Mexican Music.Oh and also itl'l be for my daily driver car.

Sundown SA, Fi Sd, Fi Q, American bass, DC subs, etc.

How well the sub performs will be based on the box. Do you already have a box made?

If you had a little more power I'd suggest an xfl or xr by American bass. Even an hdc312 would bang with more power. Sundown sa 12 would be perfect though. They'll take that 800 watts like nothing if it's clean wattage.

I havent done the enclosure but I got plenty of space on my trunk up to 4 cubic feet. What about the SSA GCON I heard theyre pretty nice. Right now Im looking at a DC Level 3 Sub rated at 900w..The SSa Gcon and the Sundown Sa 12..Also heard Fisare pretty good..And 800w is the most I can run don't wanna upgrade nomore spent alot of money already"3

I might upgrade to a rockford fosgate t1500 BDCP but that'll be later on when I get a new car. I dont wanna upgrade my current car since I dont think it'll last me that long.

For 800 watts I'd go for the sundown, heck that sub can take even more than that.

I was looking on ebay and found a RF p3d4 12 for like $130. Is the sundown SA12 worth the 100 bucks?? Does it get much louder tthan the RF?

I would not go with the RF subs. The Alpine Type X are a good sub to consider.

The Sundown SA is a much better sub than the RF and worth the money if you ask me.
