Best sub for under 200

What is the best sub(s) I can get for less than $200 bucks? Same goes for the amp? I'm looking to get something soon. Please help.

that amp will probably only do 75 to 80 % of rated rms, but that is still enough to get that sub moving

Nopez. The 1507 is bridged at 4 ohms putting down approximately 900w rms to the CVX. I get compliments every day on how loud it is, without having much group delay and still being 'punchy enough for rock'... as they put it.
