Best sub for the money?

Right now i have a DC Level 4 12" with a AP1500D.

I was thinking about selling the DC to get something louder/lower.

Whats a better sub for around $200 than a DC?

I want something around the same price range but better.

What is a good brand for 8's that are cheap? I want enough 8's to do atleast 1500 rms. but around $200 for all the 8's
