My old system was like that. You couldn't hear it outside the car, but once inside, it will blow your ear drums. I'm referring to those people who drive by the house and you can hear it inside. I think it's kind of annoying myself. I take back what I said about "hear it from a mile away". Forgive me. I want to set my system up right.

I had 2 Kicker CVR 12's until they were stolen. I want to start off fresh.

I figure, you really want it loud! Another member commented on saving up to get what you want.

2 15" L7's on a 1500.1 is loud IMO for daily...

Can't beat the Wild Beasts' price (139 shipped).... Nice, decent woofers for sure... In a big ported box I bet they get extremely loud. Also, if you go with 2 Mach 5 Maw 15s in 7cuft tuned to ~30 with 700watts a piece, you will get some nice lows and pretty d@mn loud. Cheap too....

I think the Beasts would be worth a try, especially if you can get some power to em... ~1000 each, only problem is they are SVC 4 ohm woofers, so you would have to find an amp that makes power at 2 ohms (Kickers probably)

Hey..I got flex for $200...I got my (3) JL W6V1's for $200 at a flea market...mint condition too...still in my ride after....umm...7 years...almost 8 years now....still going strong...but in reality you need way more than $200 to get flex...i was just in the right place at 6:00A in the morning at some flea market...man i cannot believe I made it to the mac machine and then came back to flea market and they were still there...Yeah I like the sound of some FI's for your SUV...thanks
