Best sub for $200 or cheaper..?

I am planning on running ONE subwoofer in a sealed box. What would be the best subwoofer i could possibly get with good SQ and some nice spl for $200 or cheaper. For the sub, what amp would be good with it?

Elemtental designs K series, Adire Audio Shiva, both can be had for around $125 each. Great subs for the price.

A nice good cheap amp for em would be a JBL 600.1, or maybe even the ED nine.1

The RE Se 12 dosent go for that much. You could get them for under $120 if you know the right people. RE Hc are in the $239 price range.

IMO, Shiva...but thats just me. The K has great SQ though too - all three have the potential to get loud also.
