nothing like earth wind and fire. mary jane girls rocks pretty hard too. tight clean bass on both. a rap song that sounds really good actually is i need a freak by too short.

strange but true. every other rap song sounds the same to me though. most of them are so digitally made that they sound the same no matter what you listen to them on (for the most part). but that is one exception.

ya man listen to some lyrics born (Same Tish different day CD) its got some funk, jazz influences. as well as that brother Ali cd shadows of the sun ANT does some good stuff.

but non rap, i would say any industrial music. a good one is Visions (Assemblage 23 remix) by Razed in black

i think the cleanest cd i have ever heard is the michael jackson essentials. i think that is it. either way it is the two cd set, they are gold. that is probably the cleanest recording i have ever heard. i keep them handy all the time for testing. that is generally the first cd i pop in, considering i am mainly a SQ guy.

also, a good recording a tom petty never hurts anyone either.
