Best sq in crew cab under seat

The 2 Dayton HO 10s in a sealed enclosure. No brainer here. For his listening habits, that's your best bet, and it's very affordable. The HOs are great budget SQ subs and you're going to still get decent output with either of those amps.

This^^^ you got guys running the crappiest stuff ever, performance teknique amps, pre fab boxes, kicker and rockford stuff and their systems are LOUD not low or car flexin but audibly LOUD. you can hear their cars from more of a distance then you heard my zv4 and my hds.
willing to bet if you have your hds in a 42hz box, you'll Sh*t on all of them combined in that aspect lol, not sure about sound quality though.

Most beefy underground woofers dont play 60-100 very clean if they try to play it loudly. By then it just turns to spl burps.

el cheapo subs somehow play those without sounding nasty.

older subs have that same sound signature too but are pretty well made compared to the newer stuff made to sound like that.

yea so basically with higher tuning it'll be loud up top for specific genres it does well in but then when u play hip hop lows it'll be practically non existent. low tuned can play more broader spectrum but just not as strong up top. small sealed can play upper range nicely and still have some lows.
