best spl subwoofer under 100 bucks each. any size woofer.

pretty much what the title says.. just wondering what everyone thinks.. prices based on buying online.

building a wall-off toyota van project.. going to put as many drives.. i have 100 cubes of airspace to play with for just subwoofers.... so i want to fill that with drivers.. want to know whats the best bang for my buck SPL only.. this is not a daily driver.. going to make a high tune port for most spl.

more woofers is NOT better...

less, better woofers will work much better.

but.. .best SPL woof under 100 bux is the alpine type S. They love the fart boxes.

if your looking for a lower tune... best low note SPL woof thus far has been the alpine type R.

its all in how much you put into it... there are setups with 2 18's doing 165+ on the dash... and there are setups with 4 18's that cant break a 55... depends on what you what you do with it.

x2, i think you should just get 2 good drivers for the price your paying for however many you wanted...just give us a budget and we'll let you know what the best bang for your buck will be

maybe less subs then : ) two 18's, i dont want kicker..18's under 450 bucks a piece shipped.

was planing around 10 12's.. but two 18's might be whats up.
