The JL Audio w3 would be ok. An Alpine Type R might also be decent, but it would want more power.

No matter which sub you choose it's not going to be really loud. Your looking at a single 10" or 12" in a fairly small ported box. It will be a lot better than no sub, but it's not going to shake your whole car.
