Best settings for JVC head unit

hey i got a JVC KD-SHX700 head unit i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best settings for the equalizer. I want only the bass to come from my L7 in the back not from stock speakers so it will sound clearer. If you have any recomendations or settings please share thanks

I dont think it has a high pass filter i've been reading the manual and playin around with it but havent found it yet. thx for the tip tho ill keep looking
