Best "energy" suppliment?

Need something to give me bursts of energy this weekend for work, something that will last a few hours, I got a new position at the warehouse and I need to be on my game.

Red Bull usually works, with no side effects (crashing)...but all the other energy drinks minus "Amped" makes me feel like trash. I don't mind Red Bull, but "Amped" is such a large drink and it makes me piss every 5 minutes.

How does that "5-hour energy shot" work?? Is it any good??

The other one I use is No-Doz on a full stomach. It works pretty well, but some times it makes me feel horrible.

Yeah man I can't stop to piss every 20 minutes, I just need something VERY potent that won't make me feel like shit 20 minutes later. Most of these guys at work drink so much shit it doesn't even help them anymore. I'm new to the area, but I'm only there for 8 weeks...

Yeah I usually get 6 to 7 hours of sleep on work nights, but when I wake up I'm not the least bit hungry. I used to be stupid hungry in the morning, but not anymore...

thats shitty. if im gonna go legal energy drink, i get those spikes. they arent as powerful as they use to be but they are still pretty good.
