IMO, Nero 7 is the best. And it can be found online for very cheap, or hack and crack if you have the time. Good luck!

a combination of dvd shrink, decrypter, ripit4me and fixvts...rips and burns ANY and EVERY dvd everytime

I use this http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html it converts everything to anything...from AVI, to 3gp, and vob files. Basically just convert it to a vob file and burn the DVD with windows, simple..Havent tried it with just regular raw movies but it should work just as well...Ive done it with DVD shrink and windows...
