Best Possible Setup for $350

Ok so up until now I have had my sisters 2 10" Alpine type E's in my Jeep Cherokee, but since she moved back she wants them back in her car. These have been plenty of bass for me, but wouldn't mind upgrading a little bit.

So, I am looking for the best possible sub setup for around $350. I am looking for either 2 10" or 12" subs, a box, and an amp. Right now on crutchfield.com they are selling several subs for buy one get one free, so I thought maybe this is the best route.

I have never heard any Kickers, but I have heard good things. They are selling the Kicker Comp 07C124 for buy one get one free. Is that a good sub? I am open to any suggestions! Thanks.

please pay no attention to this guy

when coming to a budget, the best bang for your buck sub will probably be kicker CVR's, which can be had on ebay for anywhere form 8" to 15" subs. They are dirt cheap because kicker made a shit ton of them, so there is a lot of brand new gear thats overstocked from years ago.

as for budget amps, some popular ones are hifonics, cadence, kenwood, and im sure others will chime ine

get a wiring kit from knukonceptz.com

buildyourself a box

This is not exactly what you asked for, I went one 15" sealed instead of 2 10" or 12". But this is what I would do with your budget.

One MB Quart 15" Sub dual 2 Ohm. Wire it in series for a 4 ohm load.

MB Quart RWE-352

700 watts rms

$93.00 including shipping

The ebay seller is woofer's etc, they are trustworthy.

One 1.84 cu/ft sealed enclosure 3/4" MDF.

$58.00 including shipping to my area code.

Should fit anyplace 2 10's or 12's would fit.

One Hifonics ZXi 6006

2 channel 150w x2 @ 4ohms, 600w x1 @ 4 ohms bridged.

bridge the amp for 600w

$160.00 including shipping to my area code.

This link is to a RF 4gauge wiring kit that gives you the option of a

free upgrade to KICKER 05PK4 wiring kit, take the free upgrade.

$64.00 including shipping to my area code.

Anyway, what I like about this setup is that in the future you could

use the amp on a set of components, get an additional MB Quart 15

and a 1500w mono amp. This should kill the type E's you were running

as is with no upgrades. At $375 shipped, I don't think I broke the budget

to bad. You may even find a cheaper wiring kit somewhere.

good luck.
