best position

what is the best position for ported sub box in the trunk. Firing toward the rear or firing toward the back of the seats. Best way to let the bass flow into the car without having the rear seats down?

I hear firing toward the back too, I've done both, but I like firing forward in my trunk better.

no one can tell you what the best way is, you have to try it out in your own car and see what you like, its also vehicle dependent.

fire it twards the rear. there other ways to really make it work fireing it foward.

if you fire the subs forwards (towards the cabin) make sure u seal everything off from the trunk. just dont turn the sub box around. It would be easier to fire towards the rear, but if you are willing to take those extra steps then i'd fire towards the cabin
