3cubes for the 15 ME ported and RL-P...so i guess either sub with sound best for me with 3cubes? Will the subs still be able to hit the higher frequencys nicely at 3 cubes rather than 2.5??? What would be some rough measurements for a 3cube box??? It might be a little bigger than i want to go.

what are some pros and cons of an Rl-P in a 2.5cubes box and one in a 3.0cubes box both at 30hz???Thanks

btw, anybody know where I can see a video of a 15in. matrix elite in action? Ive seen the 12s and 10s on ROE and have to say they look alittle more impressive than the RL-Ps but really never heard them personally. Would yall consider a Matrix Elite more of an SPL sub compared to the Rl-p even though their both clasified as an SQL sub??

All I run now is OZ Audio ME. They are not an SPL sub. They are considered a SQL Supersub. The sound quality on them are amazing. In all honesty, both subs (OZ and RL-P) are great subs and you won't go wrong with either. OZ's SPL line is the Power series, but that one is a 4000 watt sub and a lot more money. OZ's claim to fame has always been SQ though and the Matrix Elite line were designed by ID.

ok...ive looked both up and seen that are both being sold at $279.Are there certain statistics I should look at to consider which would be best to suit me needs such as which would work better in a sealed/ported, really have no clue to what all that Bl, Qts, Ms, Fs, etc means. As far as I know the OZ ME has .4 longer xmax which would be the deciding factor for me lol.

If I were you I would check out what some people who have heard both have to say.

A thread on ECA that mentions all three drivers your considering:

http://forum.elitecaraudio.com/showthread.php?threadid=124284&pagenumber=1

I would go there and get some more opinions considering theres probably a lot of members who have heard both. Both should do the trick for you though.

OK...sorry for adding a couple of inches to the FI Audio boner but I acually did a little search on em, how would their 15in. Q compare to the ME 15 and RL-p 15??? It has a 1000wrms rating and an xmax of 27mm and the enclosure recommendations are around what im looking at...would this sub outperform the others as far as output and low end extension goes in a box at 3cubes tuned to 30hz? Is this sub more of an SQ sub considering thats what it says on their site? Anyone have any videos? THANKS

Haven't compared the Fi in person so I won't be any help here.

ive got a oz vector series 12 and it hits good i can only imagine how the oz matrix sounds or power series sounds there **** expensive tho
