Orion 2500D amp And what 15" Sub

Hi all,

I have been reading here for a while and finally registered.

I have a Orion 2500D amp and I am looking for some recommendations on what 15" Sub to use with it (also box size for that sub and porting info)

I would like to get as much SQ as possible but still hit hard.

Price not much of a issue as long as it is under $700

Will be going in a 2000 Intrepid Es

Yo go with that Juggernaught 15 im tellin u that amp would push tha hell out of that sub an ur not gonna get too much louder than a juggernaught 15. an that is well under 700.

kinda hard trying to find a sub that will give good sound quality and handle 2500 watts,i had a orion 2500d and a re mt 18,and it sounded good and hit hard as hell,box was 7 cube after displacement,tuned to 35hz

i see u want a 15,so maybe try a re mt with only dual stiff spiders,that should give it a bit more sq

You read my mind I ran a Type R 15" + 2500D for a while and it was painfully pleasant.

I didn't even see that you were in Minooka I'm not far out from there at all I actually park a work truck out there from time to time. PM me if you're interested in a 15" Type R, I would be happy to help on a box too.

Actually I remember you, you had a pair of 12" H2s last time I seen you. I had a black trailblazer with a single 15" in at the time.

Hey man. I just sold an Orion 2500D amp. They are great amps. I also have 2 orion 15.2 subs. They have about 3 months of use on them. They are the subs that was made for that amp. I took out my system for the room in my suv. If you interested, I am selling those subs for $425. They handle 2500 watts a piece.
