Best mono amp for a solobaric L7

i have a 10" L7 thats going in a custom ported box in my single cab f150. i wanna good amp that'll push the hell out of the L7 but i want to be safe and not blow my L7. my L7 is a dual 4 ohm version so obviously i can only run it at 2 and 8ohm. i looked into the jl audio 500.1 but the price tag is a lil steep for my budget. would a hifonics bxi1206d be too much for my L7 if i kept an eye on it?

rockford fosgate 500bd. I have a 2001 lightning with a 10" L7 being pushed by a rockford fosgate 500bd and it freaken pounds.

If you are on a tight budget i would go with a pioneer gm-d510m... nice amp

but if you have the money get the kicker.
