Best HU for USB,IPOD but must have Time Correction/EQ's

I am building a sytem for a Crew Cab truck. Clean slate...starting with head unit first. MUST include USB for thumbdrive capability, IPOD , Time alignment and passive eq's, sub control.

Alpine 9886+imprint for about $400...Has built in USB, Ipod cable included!

Alpine 9887+imprint rental from Crutchfield...Over $450 then ADD IPOD adapter, now way over $500..

Pioneer Premiers? USB AND IPOD Extra, now over $500!

Eclipse??

Any others that can do the same or better than the 9886+imprint for that price?

edit: Can the same thing be accomplished with a lesser HU and a good eq processor added etc for close to the same 400-500?

If CDs are a redundant request, an Alpine iDA-X300 and Imprint will do the job, pricewise, haven't a clue but I think it would be the cheapest option from Alpine anyway.

Thanks for the reply. I have decided to go with the Eclipse MK7200II.

A little more but will do everything I want for a good quality active SQ setup.

I have not actually bought it yet. Trying to price shop but I may go ahead and get one from Crutchfield. More $$ but they have the best return and customer service.

Some of the online places scare me and I have never bought from places like sonicelctronix or some of the others before.

Woofersetc has some good prices on some speakers, I may take a chance...

I am using a pioneer 6000 ub and it is awesome. has usb input with cable included so you can run it to the front. has a 7 band EQ. have to say it is one of the best receivers I have seen for the price

have had nothing but good service from Woofersetc.com. just recently bought an amp from them and i got it within a few days.
