Finally, I need speakers for the rear as well. Should I do comps as well or is that a waste? Will some quality coaxials be just as good?

I've seen them go for around $185 plus shipping on eBay for an opened set that hadn't been installed. Generally looking at ~$250 shipped from the online stores.

From what I've heard they sound pretty good with around 60-100 watts, so I'd say you'd be pretty good with that amp. Especially if you bridge it. P.S. If you bridge it, keep the gain down a bit.
