Best components for $ 225?

Prefer warmth over brightness. Going in a Honda CRX and want your opinions. I want to spend around $225. Maybe a little more if worth it but not much more. I'm not afraid of using ebay, or net sites or dealers.

If you're really in a helpful mood, suggest an amp for them as well. Something about $350 or less if possible.
