Best compact 5 channel amp under $230?

My local dealer told me RF has really gone down in Quality and if its true its sad because I have ran over 20 different combinations of Rf amps in the past and ZERO problems.

I'll have to call BS on your local dealer, I've moved several of the Prime amps and haven't had a single one come back due to any issues. We're a Rockford dealer and honestly we carry them simply because people still come in and ask for it and that's why I sell it otherwise I'm pushing Phoenix Gold and SS Nano's. Don't get me wrong, as I stated the Rockford products are still VERY solid it's just they are whored out online.....

my ppi 900.4 is a awesome little amp....gives me a lot of clean overhead and cool to the touch....you may have had a defective unit but if you burned out your tinsel leads on the sub aswell it may be user error

and the way you talk about "cranking the gain" i highly doubt you are more skilled than professionals

i agree with you 100% why would rockford do this when they have built what they have over the past 25 years. Now debating the RF and PPI amp. I havent had any ppi amps since the art series lol
