Best Coaxials to run off Headunit

I just got a new Mitsubishi EVO that came equiped with no stereo. I've decided to install an extremely simple system; in a head unit and 4 - 6.5in Coaxials. The headunit is most likely going to be an Alpine CDA-9856, and I am trying to decide what type of speakers to use. I want to use good quality speakers that won't be too much to run off of a headunit, and won't be too expensive. I thought of getting Infinity Kappa's. I got a guy that will give me four Kappas with the Alpine for $400. I've been reading about the Kappa's on this site, and I haven't been overly impressed.

Could anyone give me any ideas on how to choose the best speakers to run off an Alpine without buying more than the Alpine can sufficiently power.

the cheapest ones you can find. because honestly? they arent worth your money when you can upgrade to components for cheap.

care to throw out any names? would it be better to go with a cheap component system over cheap coaxials? I remember reading that powerbase off ebay wasn't bad for the $40ish price

also how would a cheap upgrade compare to stock speakers? would any(within a reasonable brand) speaker upgrade be a lot better than stock? so far my stock are good enough for me, just wondering if itd be a big enough difference to do a small upgrade (sorry for the thread jack)

definatly. a cheap component versus an expensive component any day for me. i just cant see the difference in build quality for coaxial speakers after they blow and i tear them apart.

im kinda busy at the moment, but id rather spend $75 on cheap online comps that $150 on a set of coaxials.
