Best Car Wax

^^ I agree, Souveran is the shit. Unfortunately that's for an expensive palate.
if you buys it as a kit your only paying $10 more then buying it alone and you get all this other shit with it. This just goes to show you how overly priced it is, but work d@mn good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

plus it looks amazing on my silver Audi!!!

the clay bar is going to make the biggest difference when keeping a cars paint healthy. i guarantee after you clay bar it, it will be smoother than any time you have ever waxed/polished. then lay some good wax on it right afterwards. this is necessary once or twice a year, especially if you park outside.

PV i like your thinkin man, those are all the exact same products i use. nice writeup. and if your going to get a PC make sure you research on your pads. the wrong pad can, well...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif for swirl remover if your swirls are pretty bad go with an orange pad, the sealants, waxes can be used with a blue pad, or black. all depending on the speed you want to apply. make sure to get microfiber towels and a microfiber detergent to keep them working the way they should.

all though turtle was was I believe rated number 1 by consumer digest. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

It isn't bad, but I ONLY use the platinum series, and never on dark cars as it tends to get nice holograms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I used this stuff from a dealer last time I waxed my car. Cant think of the name right now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif But all I did was wash it with Mothers car soap, then dry it off and used this wax hand buffing style. Old school here. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Never had a car come out so good. Helps that my car is new, but dam! My car looks like glass now.

I use zymol, and meguiars color x for a polish. I wax and polish every 3 mos. Claybar once a year. In between I use meguiars quick detail. Final Inspection works well too.

I really dont care what I use, silver is the hardest to get a good reflection off of in the sun. I have countless bottles of things for specific things to the car.

-Meguiars Color X for polish

-Meguiars Swirl remover fine cut

-Zymol for wax.

-3M rubbing compound

-A clay bar. Was handed to me from a professional painter. Wish I knew wtf it was, but it works nicely.

-Mothers California Scratch Remover

-Mothers Back to black for trim

-Mothers Gold Class for windows.

My car = teh clean.

half the shit in here is ****ed off and wrong

you want to strip all existing wax off the cars paint before you clay bar THEN wash it with car wash.

I am always astonished by the amount of self acclaimed pro's that really don't know shit that are on this site.

I have used Meguiars Yellow and also NXT, Turtle wax and Mothers. All this being said I recommend Zaino. I use it frequently and if you have seen my car in person you could tell. They also offer alot of indepth guides when it comes to guidelines of washing your car, best paint protector I have ever used, and also out shines everything else. http://www.zainobros.com

Zaino is uber. Best by far.

Want to know how to truly clean a vehicle and keep it looking awesome? Go to a car show and find the cleanest car you can find and then ask that person. They will be more then happy to show off their ride and how much time and effort they put into it.
