Best buy workers

I love how everyone hates on best buy but would work there for the discount....

The discount is nice but you have to put up with alot of stories all day

My cousin works there and I went up there once to look at some new stuff they had

I was there for about 2 hours and its amazing what you hear

install is done shitty.they come back, and you charge them to re-install/look at what is wrong.

your the idiot here buddy, use common sense, actually read the post and not the first 2 words.
ur a retard with an auto wrx. NO best buy, circuit city or local shop ive ever been to purposely does a shitty job just to gain business. heres my living proof example

i went to tweeter 2 years ago to have my head unit, panasonic amp, a box made, and 2 mtx subs installed. they blew the subs, and didnt say nething. i went back, and got free polk momos, which also blew due to their install. keep in min, the polks and extra install was FREE BECAUSE THEY DID IT. so after a month of bs, i walked away with a bnib jl audio w3v3 and a jl 250/2 with a ported box for the sub, with install, for free. now explain to me how ur dumbass logic of screwing installs on purpose gains business.

ok, then what is your super fabulous ride?

a mid 80's civic or toyota?

dont be jealous that i had enough money to pay 3/4ths of the car with my OWN money.

and tweeter?

thats a local shop not best buy.

if you would actually read what is being posted you would realize what is going on you amish *****.

This may have been the mentality in the past, but Best Buy has rolled out a new business plan and motto that focuses far more on gaining customer loyalty then it used to. Interactions are now supposed to be more of a casual chat then a hard sale, to try to befriend the customer and get them to become loyal store goers. Every employee had to undergo this training if they wanted to keep their job. It may not have hit all stores yet though, as it was rolled out in the largest stores first..
I work at a store in LA and just did the training for this 2 weeks ago. also i dont know about other stores but at mine if your not good at selling they wont give you as many hours as the good sales people. make sure you know how to sell the extended protection plans and deal with all of the customers stupid *** questions that have nothing to do with your department.

x2 work on keeping your patience.

hahahahaha ur hilarious young buck. it doesnt matter what i drive, cuz i actually bought ALL of it. but that doesnt matter either. secondly, u live in long island, not the hood, so ur parents have money so i doubt u actually paid for 3/4 of ur car with ur OWN money. ur OWN money is money u worked for, not money u got for asking.

next, tweeters a franchise, just like best buy fool. anybody who thinks a francishe is a local shop is a jackass.

third, the amish are better, and harded working then u would ever be in ur life, and id also like to add, if im amish, like u claim, how do i have internet, a car, electricity. stay in high school and ask questions tomorrow when u go in.

now, thank u for ur input, of nothing, but dont u have a build log to actually post pics of ur build?

ok then what do you drive?

actually i live in queens, that is the city.

try again.

yes i actually paid for 3/4th of the 14k the car cost.

from MY bank account, that I had saved up money from.

i have never heard of tweeters, did that ever cross your mind?

is that like for poor people like you who cant afford shit?

3rd apparently you cant tell sarcasm/jokes.

i graduated high school with a 87 overall average.

thanks.

im going to college, something you probably cant afford.

for automotive engineering.

i never told you to respond or read my posts, so that is your fault.

I'm an autotech at best buy. I love it. They payed for my mecp certification and I make good money considering I'm still a full time college student.

Like any huge chain store, you are going to have good employee's and bad employee's. The trick is weeding out the good from the bad. When I do installs, I make sure I do it on par or better than what I would want done in my own vehicle.

However, I rarely do amp/subs anymore, although I do work in a smaller traffic location. Usually an amp/sub once or twice every other week, a headunit once or twice a week, but we normally have satellite radio's or isimple/fm modulators every day. Heading into the winter now remote starts are also stackin up.
