**** bro. I would hate to have to work customer service when u come in and keep telling you no lol. I workedin sales years ago so I know how it goes so I try to be cool with them for the most part. Until they start jerking you around and shit.I returned a $3500 laptop and told them "It sucks" yah they got rude with me... but who cares.. I pity them anyways..
Don't wait return it ASAP!!!
Best buy employees especially the women are just negative and bitter and are not looking to help anyone.
They are going to tell you whatever just to not help you.
Don't worry until you go to the store and tell them what you have told us..
They were sold out of the klipsch so you bought this and it's horrible and you demand to return it.. If they say they have the Klipsch now just say NO I don't want it.. it's that easy.. YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER! The CUSTOMER is always RIGHT!

But I did call them back. Got the manager this time. He said everything should be ok but if I paid over $149 for the item they cannot give cash back. They mail you a check that takes 7-10 days. Go figure
Oh. Btw. Has anyone looked at the sub I linked? I know it's nothing fancy or anything. But I guess a few guys posted up some pretty good #'s at least for what it is. 107db @ 20 hz. And outperformed the eD a3 I believes 15. And a comperable priced svs 15. So I guess we will just wait and see
