Best Buy, or Sunglass hut?

Well, i got hired at sunglass hut a few days ago, and ive finished my training there, and i have to say.. its boring as hell. You do nothing, people come in once an hour and look at a pair of glasses, most with no intention of buying them. Im making $7.00/hr + 1% comission. I guess i would have to sell 1500 a week, and work the same hours as bb.

I just had an interview at best buy tonight, and got offered an job at $8.50 for the car audio department. I'll guess its a bit more uptight at bestbuy, but a little more organized.

Best Buy i think there is more potential, while sunglass hut, there may not be. I dunno.

What do you guys think?

Hmmm.......$7 per hour verses $8.50 per hour..........tough call.

yeah wow imagine the benefits of working at Best Buy as well, ditch the job you have now and work with car audio. Cant beat that!

Best Buy without a doubt. I just walked into a Sunglass Hut today, as you said, with no intention of buying anything, especially now that ours in the mall will no longer carry watches.

Best Buy you get to help point people in the right direction (well, as much as you can with their limited, shitty selection), make more money (good luck selling $1500 worth of sunglasses in a week), do something you have an interest in, and...

NOT SIT IN A ROOM STARING AT THE WALLS!

Oh yes, most importantly, room to be promoted. Kick *** and look for opportunities to become available.

Youd be surprised. in the 3 days ive worked there, on of them being a saturday, ive seen nothing but geezers and one girl my age, she was nastee.

The only thing i could personally reccomend people subwoofer wise, is the infinity stuff, and the alpine stuff. The rest of the stuff is shit.

Although, i dont know the first thing about sunglasses.

well it was a semi joke...but about the serious part, i think i confused sunglass hut with the phony channel and gucci glasses things in the middle of the malls with the arab dude trying to sell them.

i work at bby car audio... if they dont start you at 9 thats wack...ive worked there for 2 years started at 8.75 and now they start CA people at 9 even...i make 12 an hour installing...

car audio department consists of GPS GPS GPS GPS and satellite radio. i barly ever sold amps an subs...mostly decks and occasionally speakers.

no on in best buy cares about car audio so stay quit and you wont be bothered...the discount is SICK!!

yup best buy for me. how old do u have to be? to work for best buy and how do u go about working specifically for car audio depart.
