best budget LOW end with 300-500wrms

Whats your recommendations here: 300w, $150, best low end.

This is for a home theater system. I am willing to build a ported box if I HAVE to, but since im at college it will be tough finding tools. And because of size constraits, I would rather go with a 12, but can fit a 15. thanks
