Item(s) for Sale:
Power Acoustik A3000DB
Item(s) Description/Condition:
One of the best cheap amps you can get. Will do right around 2kw on 13v-14v all day, and it's relatively efficient. This'll take a beating WAY better than any other similar level brand. This is literally the one and only series of anything with power acoustik's name worth using. Some run these at .5ohm but I recommend a solid 14v if you plan on doing that. For 200 bucks you cant go wrong.
This amp has a minor scratches on the front left, and a few other small dark marks there or there... otherwise is in good condition. If you get some polish I'm sure the spots will come right out. One of the rca jackets on the line outside has come off...however this doesn't really effect anything since the rca line out feature is out dated by modern headunits with multiple preamp outputs). Jackets can be found for dirt cheap should you for some reason need one. This came from it's original owner so you'll be #2. It's tested and working 100%. It's also never been ran under 1ohm nominal, never blown or repaired. Also included is the remote knob.
**Fun Fact**
Most amps that have the rca inputs and "outputs" next to each other usually have the two sets connected in parallel right there at the back of terminal....This means that the rca "output" plugs are just a jumper for where you can connect another rca to the existing signal plugged into the inputs. Should you have an input rca jacket come loose or break off, there's a good chance you can just plug the incoming signal rca into any of the 4 plugs rca plugs present on the rca stalk (rca terminal assembly). If you're unsure take your back panel off and look for where the rca stalk attaches to the main board. If all both sets rca's come down to one + and one -...then you're good. Amps that have crossover features, or other features specifically for the line output (older ppis have this) then the rca outputs really are"outputs".
