I swear to God if some 17 year old posts the top results searching this in Google I will find out where you live, pay the gas money in my 07 focus (great gas mileage) and kick your ***. Come on guys, what's YOUR favorite song to hear at the bar? Last night I played my favorite song, "Uptown Girl" by Billy Joel and it inspired the couple next to me (twice my age) to strike up a conversation and by the end of the night doing shots and singing together. Everybody loves a good atmosphere, and it starts with a good song. Let's hear it.

First thing i thought when i saw the title. To be honest, the best bar song depends on who is in the bar. If the crowd is young it could be a new or an old song that might get everyone going. If the crowd is older more than likely an older song will be what they like. either way, the good bar song is the song everyone starts singing or smiling when it comes on. A couple bars I used to work at would get like that whenever rooster (AliceInChains) came on or any Rage against the machine song. At another one, Everyone in the place would sing tiny dancer at the top of their lungs every time it came on. Song A had no effect in bar B and vise versa, but they were both the best bar song for their location.
