Best bang for the buck?

That skar i believe does around 1300w on dyno. I dont think either are very good amps, but both should do north of 1kw

 
I was thinking of buying 1500.1 audio pipe amp too I thought s/n ratio was to low for ones I saw.. just saw post on here couple peeps having problems with noise coming from amp., haven't seen any rave reviews for skar stuff yet either though.. sonic electronix has some hifonics 1500 amps $149 $169 etc that have really good reviews check those out..
