Best bang for the buck sub for my setup?

The setup-

2 12" kicker L5 solo-barics dual 2ohms

Pioneer Premier DEH-P770MP

Now what kind of amp do i need? I know that I must buy an amp with "subsonic filtering" b/c the l5 and l7 kicker solbarics will blown the amp or themselves if the amp doesn't have that feature. I also know that I will need a 1200watt rms amp, but at what ohms and how many channels for two subs? I would like to keep costs as low as possible. how many amps do the kicker solobarics need

ma would work great just dont let it get under 11.5 volts prefferably 12v. the hifonics is regulated so it wont require as much electrical as the ma.
