best bang for the buck alternator

what's the best alternator for the lowest price out on the market nowadays? i'm looking for at least 150 amps. it's going to be going into a 94 honda accord. i'm really not looking to spend $400 for a darn alternator, so hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction.

if you have your case and you have a local shop put new guts so it puts out more that should be cheaper than buying a whole new alty correct?
