there are many decent free ones that dont take over your whole pc and aren't impossible to uninstall 100%

i havent used an anti virus in years, but avg was good last time i checked

spybot search & destroy is the best free program to search your computer to see if you already have anything

i used norton b4 but the programers cant write for shit. it uses way to much ram mcafee is smaller and has option i like better. spybot is a good spywear check finds what spywere dr dosent
