Best amp/sub combo for under 300?

Like the topic says i got about 300 dollars to spend to get an amp and a sub. Does anyone know what the best deal is? I have looked around and have thought about many combinations but I am still not sure what to buy. Im trying to get some beat in my car its better than nothing.
