Wanting to know what the best amp would be for running 2 RE SX 12's.

also what should the box specs be for them?

well, if they are dual2 then you need an amp that will give you 2000watts at 2ohms or 1/2ohm since you are running a pair...

MD3D is ratted at 2000watt@1ohm

If u need 2000+ watts @ 2 ohms u might as well go with a kicker 2500.1

I didnt see waht type of music you listen to and what your goal was.

You want a streetbeater or something that sounds great and clean or a mix of both?

I wan something that will pound the hell outta my blazer. I will be listening to a mix of country and hip hop/rap. I want it to be semi spl oriented.

4 cubes at 34hz with 60 sq in of port. PM me if you need a box design. I have over 150 designs and I dont charge.

2kw would be plenty. So for an amp I would suggest you an incriminator 20.1, the kicker 2500, orion 2500, autoteck makes a good amp, crossfire makes a good amp.

There really isnt going to be a "best amp", just make sure you get one that puts out around 2kw at the ohm level you can wire to.

alright, well ill take in consideration, still debating on wether or not to get the re's...still shopping but do have my mind set on a particualr setup.
