Best amp for under $300?

I want to power my Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 and would only like to spend around $300 on an amp.

sub details:

Power Handling, Peak: 1400W

Power Handling, RMS: 350W

Impedance: 4 Ohms

Will that work fine? I am new to car audio and wondering if that will even work. And if it does, should I buy that or look for a better amp. The RMS power range on that says 250-500W. Will that be a problem at all? If you know a better amp I should get, let me know. I would prefer buying from either onlinecarstereo.com or millionbuy.com so if you have seen a great deal there for me then let me know.
