best ~$50 speakers

what are the best speakers out there for around $50 a piece? some ppl have told me alpines, and i hear pioneers arent bad either. what do you guys think?

i would take alpine over pioneer. pioneer dome tweeters has to go be the worst sounding ever! also they don't like midbass at high volume as much. take a look at the crystal mobilesound speakers on sounddomain.com. they have the redeem dollor thing so you actually save money. the shallow mount speaker came to about $70 shipped i think.

before we can actually help you, we need to know what kind of speakers your looking for. what size do you need?

oh, i need 6 1/2" speakers, 4 of em (they only sell them in pairs, no?). dont really care about power/2-way or 3-way/wattage except that i want the best combo of features for about $50. thanks
