I have a cadence z6000. Classic amp carbon fiber. Does 75x5 at 4 ohm and 450x1 at 2 ohm at 12v 200 shipped.

If you'll have a similar warranty between those two I'd go with the Kenwood. It's rated to produce almost twice the power on the subwoofer channel. I keep reading high praise about the XR series of amplifiers, and your dealer should take care of you.

Seriously what is the problem. You have your warranty just as if you bought it straight from the manufacturer. Any problems you might run into, they'll take care of you. Your creating some illusion that buying from a shop that is jacking up the price to hell is better then buying online.
