The Zed, ARC, and Zapco are all excellent, bridging the 5th and 6th channels of course.

The JL HD900/5 would be great as you'd most likely be running a 1.5 ohm load on the sub channel, slightly out of the price range you listed though.

The US Amps AX 5600 is a beast. Amazing amp, class DE and you can find it for less than $400 easily. Just make sure that it doesn't have the RE logo on the front.
