Best ~$400 Amp Choices for Hertz MLK 165s

Woooo, this is my first high end speaker set ever (having only had Alpine Type-Es and Hertz Energy Coaxials before)!

Since I have the MLK 165s, I'm assuming it is important not to skimp out on the amp. I'd like to stay between 150RMS-200RMS x 2 @ 4ohms (for electrical purposes).

What is the best I can do for $400ish? Is it important to get a class A/B amp or will class D be fine?

I've had my eye on the Arc Audio KS300.2 for a while. It's a type H class and gives 180x2 @ 4ohms. I can get it for a little less than $400 locally (dealer just started carrying them). Will this amp do the MLKs justice?

I started selling the arc audio line about a month ago and those amps are probably the best amps in that price range you can possible find

Never looked into Treo, but I've heard them mentioned for subwoofers. I like that it rated for 12v. What other would be in its class? Goona google about it.
