BTLs are loud, straight up SPL loud. Some people can use them for daily, some people think they sound like ***. I think if you're looking at FI then perhaps the BL might be better for daily. Though if you want to be really loud then it won't hurt to go with the BTL either
Id vouch that these can sound good and get very loud...but the setup has to be thought through...you wouldnt be dissapointed, but for your purposes the BL line will do the job just fine

Single stetsom 7KD driving your subwoofers of choice, I say Mach 5 SPL, BTL, or Soundstream Tarantula's / SPLX's in that order.

check out the stesom your not gonna get much mroe power for a single amp, 12v version as well.

I suppose a lot of times it depends on the user/listener. But if having to create a design where an SPL sub will sounds good seems like a lot of work since they're not designed to "sound good". Lol i hope that made sense

crunch gp3000-pro is a great amp. so is the autotek mm3000.1

Not knowing a budget for subs i would say 2 gp3000-pro's(right around $1000) and two 15" btl's that would SLAM!

there is no best 15" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif If there was, everyone would save up and buy it.... your just gonna have to try some of the better subs that were recommended. I think everyone so far has stayed within you $500 per sub budget lol.. thats a lot of money!

With that much money, i would definetely do a matching combo just to keep it looking nice too since you can afford, 2 Sundown Niteshades on a SAZ3000 or something along those lines.

I on the other hand am on a "generous" budget lol and I LOVE my HD3's on my Autotek MM4000.1, not matching but LOUD

well, i would like to have stayed with basically all the same brand of equiptment, mainly why i was going to use 2 L7's, zx1500.1, 2 sets of rs65.2, and a zx650.4. but, seeing as though the listed subs are probably better, i'll throw that idea out of the window. speaking of which, should i stick with the rs65.2's or are there better 6.5'' comp sets? looking at about 250ish a set?
