best 15 for metal , i have 800 watts to push it with

i listen to a lot of metal and my current sub just doesnt cut it on double bass kicks. what would be a good 15 to attack fast enough for metal to sound good? looking for a d4 , d1 , or single 2 ohm. 800 watts to available to feed to it.

recommend a volume for a sealed box. i tried it in 2.25 because i had one laying around and it sounded weak as hell. maybe go bigger and sealed?

do i really wanna tune it so high? i still listen to rap and bass music too. another problem with tuning so high is that i dont have a subsonic filter on my amp.

Might meter better. But to the ear I find 30-34hz "sounds" louder. More movement.
