Best 15 for daily ~2kw ~28hz

I love my current setup, just getting bored and want to try something new.

I have 2k wrms from either a US Amps Ax-2000 or 2.2kw from a Zapco 9.0xd. Both @ 4 ohms.

Im looking to tune low around 28hz, I have MAX 3.8cuft.

Im looking for decent SQ and something louder than my current setup. (two idmax 12's sealed.)

Whats the best single 15 for this application?

They dont seem to say a whole lot about the specs, would they still work for low tuning? Perhaps down to 25hz?

Also specific box specs?
