best 12" to perform in small box...

ok so before buying my w6, ima give all you jl haters a chance to change my mind. i have 2 amps for power 1k@2ohms and 1200@1ohm so power won't be the problem. the issue is that my MAX specs is right around 1.7... anything out there besides dayton HO and W6 to perform well in such box? will be utilizing 3-4" aero port. and GO!

edit: tuning will be at 35 want a musical sub not a low end sub. and no home theatre crap, want CAR AUDIO in my CAR

Diamond D9 sub requires about 1.75 ported tuned to 35 hz. 800w rms but it can easily take more.

He's getting the w6v3's. I heard they recommend a smaller box than they do with the v2's. It just feels right to make it bigger though.

Map it yourself. There is a point of diminishing returns but space does make bass.

I would prefer the 3500. I'm pretty sure it's the most beefy sealed sub right now. The 2500 I would take a W6

My current dual 12 box is 1.9 net per sub, I also see interest in w6v3s but I would like to hear your opinions aswell
