Best 12" Sub under $160?

I was wondering what are some of the best SPL with decent/good SQ that are below the $160 mark? Which ones do very well with about 600-800 Watts?

I would go with the Premier myself...loud and sound good,or some kick cvrs or L5/7s,I have only heard the TDX from diamond well wrth the money IMO>
