Best 12" sub for me???

It would be worth it. I'm only using about 1000 watts on my pair of 95s. It still fills my car with lows.

TC has the lowest Fs of all of them. Since you already have the amp and the box, that would be the determining factor. From the 3, it looks like TC matches the box perfectly based on its T/S parameters.

Buy my Soundsplinter RL-p. It would love that power, work great in that box, is in your price range, and would outperform everything in that list (and some of this is from experience, I've owned 3 from your list, including the SA). PM me if your interested.

You really think so?? Thats a big rms difference, wouldnt I be better off with the hds2 at 800rms?

Yeah I thought everyone would say the Sa 12 or the OA 12 but TC seems to be a better fit for me

Also my amp puts out 1100 rms but I wnt see that because of voltage drop, would it be safe to wire it that way? Or do I have to set it to around 700 rms?

Wire it at 1 and back it down. It's called headroom and it's a good thing.

Personally Ive never heard it bt ppl here say itd go really low and it works better with my setup, do you suggest another one from the list?

PE has 4.3 of 5 stars for it. I've not used that one, but TC-1000 is pretty close to it and I know those are good drivers. I very much doubt he'll be disappointed.
