best 10s for a LOW setup?

whats the best 10" to go with if i was to do either 10 or 12 tens in a wall tuned to like 24hz? a sundown 3000d for power. roughly 1.5ish cubes per sub.

mainly looking to just be a LOW playing box..theres a guy on youtube in the UK with 8 10s not walled (jbl gt4's) and 275w per sub and he his a 148.9 @ 26hz i believe it was... and does CRAZY hair tricks...

something with a low Fs, and roughly 60 bux or Less..

i would say get 2 lvl4 10s from dc.

friend of mine is doing a similar system. 8 10's I believe around 140 watts each only for $15 or so a sub. I'll ask him where he got them from when I see him
