Fi BL fully loaded, I am running one in a 4.4 cubic feet box tuned to 36hz and its ridiculous.

Hdc, I have personal experience with the HDC3 12, I liked it but it would not play lows like I wanted

if you go back to your title which price is a consideration i would go with american bass XFL or PSI
